I understand your points and they have some validity to them however the company is in no shape to sell itself right now nor would they want to. It has it's spots that they are working out now. I think my main disagreement with your analysis is that you are looking at it as a picture in time rather than determining what the future will look like. When I value companies I look at least 12 months out and if it's a typical blue chip you can do 5 year+ horizons. What share count is at this current second is important and needs to be understood, that's correct. However where it is going to be by year end is even more important to the overall discussion of valuation.
