Good points...however who in there right minds would buy this stock at $37 when it was just 20 cents? Also knowing they are goin to be dilluted after they buy at that price. Have to ask also why is the stock worth $37 now. Answer: its not. That why they need to wait to justify imo the new pruce after an r/s or it will drop right back down. Especially with dillution involved as well. R/s should only go into effect to stay listed. Hopefully by then they will be able to justify price and not dillute the crap put of it.
