I expect an increase in shares-Potential Buyout!

Current Valuation is about 2X sales.

I figure that they will be adding about 700M shares to cover all the convertible debt.

That would total about 1.6 Billion shares. At the current price that equals just over 8 million dollars in diluted share value.

Current earning are just over $4 million

That leaves a PPS to Revenue of approximately just 2-1

Even though I am not happy with the convertible shares added EOY the price of the stock is NOT OVERVALUED.

Hopefully this last quarter will prove that they really want to make this company succeed and that the 50 Million Dollar Goal was not just "Ear Candy"...Telling us what we want to hear.

PO*N Should just buy us out! They are also base down here in Florida...Ballas has brought the PPS down so much that we make a great buyout opportunity. An experienced and motivated management team would REALLY turn this company into a $50M co.
