Tony - I just read about Imbruvica, this is some nasty stuff :

-Can produce fatal or very serious bleeding , including intracranial , GI track,
hematuria ,hemorrhage .
-Severe, sometimes fatal cardiac arrhythmia .
fatal and no -fatal infections .

When given for GvHD patients , 24% patients discontinued treatment because of side effects ..
The most common:

thrombocytopenia 33%
Hemmorrhage 26%
anemia 24%
pneumonia 21%
Can also injure liver ,
Really , really bad stuff , I guess one only try when nothing else is available.

Actually I don't know how FDA could approve such a poison , WOW !!!!
Such a high % of patients with such severe side effects.
