The problem is that this is a mult-billion dollar potential company and there is no chance of an offer even close to that valuation will come while they are at a 350M market cap. SOC for various indications in the EU, US approval, Hemodefend licensing, etc. and a corresponding increase in market cap will need to happen before a buyout offer even close to what Dr. Chan, the BOD and shareholders would accept is possible. There is a poison pill provision to thwart a hostile takeover, so going it alone to a much higher market cap and/or a buyout is still something that is likely a few years down the road.
