imo... we should be seeing some action this week... 10 trading days left and the 27th is a Friday...

Sale commences very soon and winner take all... It will be a battle considering:

1) BioAmber is, was, could be the biggest producer and manufacturer of Succinc Acid and products, far more than any competitor.

2) Patents held makes this asset invaluable.

3) Already working with noted in their own right companies, they know the value and have inside information.

4) Any larger noted company that are not in this particular field but would want to get into this product field, would be willing to spend money in order to take the world, and I do say the world, by storm, as being the largest manufacturer and leader in producer in this Bio-tech field.
In essence, they could literally vault to the top just by buying out BIOAQ.

Look beyond asset and debt presently and toward the future of this industry and you will see more value than is on paper... and the intristic value is what imo will be driving this forward in the coming weeks.
