If Jerry actually did file a counter-suit, he would have done so in the same court in which RMHB sued him. That filing would be in the court's online system.

There is no such filing. There is only the suit against Jerry and his crew of lying dirtbags. You provided a case number that doesn't match any filing an any court system, it was wrong.

Jerry should be able to provide the link to the court filings. At a minimum he has a case number and knows where he filed. It's really not very complicated, and shouldn't be difficult for a guy that can provide images of nonexistent beverages.
