ONYI OWNS DIVERSIFIED ETHONAL?? Than how can JMCP shareholders benefit from that? It's a spinoff company! Forget the reverse merger, we are screwed, period. If it's not a spinoff company, than JMCP owns the shares making them basically worthless. Why does JMCP not clarify what is going on?
