It is not going to happen here because weil knows better, but lbhi can lose their chp 11 status if it goes on "excessively". Weil got to 2020. After that, they got to be stupid to request more time. They will also take a reputational hit too. Weil already said final return and finanncial are to be filed in 2019. The FYE is November.

The remaining assets post 2019, imo will be donated. There is also alotnof manuverability leading up to the end of 2019. It should be a fun year to see how the lehman bk ends.
