This is so transparent its laughable.
They are desperate for cash so they begin the dilution.
Then they throw out a bit of news to prop the stock a penny . Then they dilute some more into the px rise.

And finally comes the hammer in the form of a reverse split. My guess
a 1 for 50 which of course does nothing and the stock gets pummeled some more.

it happens with most all these penny companies; offering the elusion of big gains while the salivating public gets fleeced.
