Alleged fraud and bankruptcy fraud of Calvin Wallen III, Chairman, Cardiovascular Biotherapeutics (CVBT). As I’m reading through the claims made by the bankruptcy trustee for Tauren Exploration, Inc. Liquidating Trust against Calvin A. Wallen III and his related entities, I just want to state that all of us should avoid jumping to any conclusions about Mr. Wallen's guilt until the verdict is in. Based on my first reading, the claims of bankruptcy fraud and other fraud against Calvin Wallen appear to be highly credible with lots of evidence. But I STRONGLY believe Calvin Wallen III deserves the presumption of innocence until the verdict is announced. I believe the trial is scheduled to take place August 2018. The verdict should be known soon thereafter.
