All shareholders of record of RealBiz as of the close of business on July 2nd, 2018 will receive 1 Nestbuilder common share for each 900 shares of RealBiz common they own.
The distribution date is currently set for July 26th, 2018.

How many #OTC stocks get this CT "Freedom of Inform Act" Order approved. This is bigger than you think


Notes diluting the last few weeks still result in a incredible SS. CEL*Z diluted over 500 million shares and moved from .002 - . 07 cents. Today settling in the nickel range. WAY UNDERVALUED TODAYwith the potential for even higher PPS targets!! News and additional material events could send these revenues and PPS targets even higher. Sounds like management is busy working on more more developments and contracts.

One of the top 2% in the OTC. Very few stocks out there with this type of potential especially at these levels!! I know I am always looking!

Simple as that. Reference the DD. Folks trying to shake shares free made the same arguments (RSI, Notes, etc) at these levels for CEL**Z, OWC***P, and DOL**V!!! The latter 2 ran to 330 million and 150 million market caps respectively!!! CEL*Z is still in progress sitting near a nickel.

For the PPS and potential, RBIZ is my favorite in the OTC!!!! I have another super holding but upside multiple 1000+% potential is right here!!!

Doesn't get any better!!! If anyone finds a better holding fundamentally at these cheap prices with this much multiple upside (1000%+) I want to know about it. PM me!

While the rest of the OTC talks about just trying to become revenue generating or trying to get a contract for 1-2 million dollars in annual revenues, We have RBIZ already revenue generating (2.3 million last 6 months) and with 187 million dollars in contracts and backlog. If that doesn't spell HUGE I don't know what does!!!!

With the revenues to come bet on RBIZ being debt free clear in 2018 and going forward!!! No need for notes folks. This provides for massive gains going into 2019!! Believe this, you won't be buying shares under a penny if under a nickel or dime!!! As those revenues start coming in the door that PPS will continue to go higher and higher. Today worth a nickel to dime easy IMHO!

Recent notes has taken a toll. The PPS won't be held down for long. Like I mentioned earlier we experienced this with CEL*Z recently in the spring.
