Personally I have set my account to start selling the rest of my position down to 100 shares which will get me up to 50,000 shares at $1.75 if they are to be believed... will pocket the change on that.

Drawback is the S-1 is subject to change so it is a risk on my part.

The Backstop offering is good up to $50m so I don't see a problem there unless they go crazy spending money again... highly probable based on the past. And lest we forget, little Indians and 70 million shares they can screw us with.

I do see a few different scenarios but have to get ready for the day. Will try and give you my take in a PM so as not to get blasted on the board by the more knowledgeable individuals lurking here ready to pounce.
