You have to get your facts rights. 200,000 ish sold on ASK. Bid has been on .0026 all week with million plus bids on .0025. One trade you're referring to in afternoon was at .0026. Many shares have been accumulated through spread. You could of slapped the ASK for $100 and moved above .0030. The o/s is under 40,000,000 and a investor is demanding $75,000 and they are negotiating and going through legal on how to pay. Smart people are using that hoping to get there 1.2m bids filled imo. So far not many are selling down here after seeing this pop over .0070 last month. Stock was .15 and when update on automotive's comes we all know the direction. Don't get hung up on 8k that was transparent. Millions are on bid and they can't get six figures there. This will blow on real news and get to at least .01 on group pump. Stock structure is still too good to be under .01 but yes it's still a developmental company so not going to pay $75,000 payment tomorrow. But if you believe the press releases from last year ETFM is going to launch EV-go and set up showroom in Las Vegas where traveling tourist can check out and interact with. This is a play for 2050. Get over 1m at these level like .0025 bidder and you have over .025 % of current company. Now will they dilute to solve that debt of find another solution? Nothing yet. Strong buy at current price for speculative reasons imo.
