Some will downplay M&A because it can happen for any company but occurs infrequently.

To that I say that when a company has unique technology, especially one that bests the competition in most metrics, add in partners of significance, the result is a significant liklihood of M&A as these are the main drivers for M&A. Whether you believe like I do that it'll be Zimmer, one of Amedicas partners will snatch up the tech.
