Your logic doesn't make sense.
They had exact the same form with approved rs just with bigger ratio last year and that expired on June 30th and yet you bought shares then..
Your points that before it was less risk does not make any sense.
OS has not changed since the announcement so that's BS.
Also their fundamentals are way better now than before. Their last Q showed them net positive for the first time now AND with no convertible debt. it is actually less risky now than before.. you are interpreting everything opposite way.
This is the time when you should be buying when company has finally established and net postive.
