My guess is that walking the thin line of FB posting without “promoting” and the vitriol that he and ALKM receives with each post that doesn’t produce the fins the next morning, coupled with the fact that the EDGARizing must be so close to completion, means that the next time we hear about the fins from the company will be when they are published. Eakle can’t win by fighting all the negative FB posts so he is going to remain silent and let the filing event speak for him. I believe we have the impatient AH’s of FB to thank for the recent silence from Eakle. People are speculating how long it takes to EDGARize normal financials with 1 year of company events, if it is any indication how long the audit took to complete then the 2015 10k is very long and complex and will take proportionally as long to upload.
