i meant by end of august.How much money or if they extend for 30days then by end of sept.D o we think roth could not sell a big offering with warrants at even as low as a buck?dunno.This is as king says a definite positive if they can raise significant funds imo at least 20milbut really imo 25mil now BECAUSE they might be 7.5 mil in debt/Conv debt b4offering is done.Good luck to longs even though i dobt have a dog in the fight
