.....dunno where we go from here..........looks like we have some leverage, for a change, but Si-ROD will surely ruin that................

.....could be nothing burger to 8/3/2018.............Si-ROD pulls the mandate after issuing a mandate is BIZARRE, imo.........which might be strategic or might just show that Si-ROD is an idiot (my choice).............

.....but we have traction because we have the full attention of the FASCIST FDIC............and ANYTHING COULD HAPPEN............we should request an "en banc" review of the appellate decision............Si-ROD is required by law, imo, to continue with the litigation until the very END.......we could bring in some powerful law firms and at least show some muscle........U.S. SUPREME COURT COULD TAKE THIS CASE......ITR ABUSE WOULD TRIGGER A REVIEW OF THE SEIZING OF THE BANK IN THE FIRST PLACE.......how cool is that, FDIC......?????........

.....and as with all of uwbi...............wimp out, freak show, years of no actions, FASCIST ABUSE............................secrecy.........
