Upcoming fraud trial of Calvin Wallen, Chairman, Cardiovascular Biotherapeutics (CVBT). I just got my hands on the complaint filed by the bankruptcy trustee for Tauren Exporation Inc. Liquidating Trust against Calvin Wallen III, who is the Chairman of Cardiovascular Biotherapeutics. The document is MASSIVE and is going to take a lot of time to read through.

As I understand it, Calvin A. Wallen III is alleged to have stolen $14,000,000 ($14 million) or thereabouts from his bankrupt company Tauren Exploration, Inc. (or more properly, its creditors) and is alleged to have masterminded a massive bankruptcy fraud. As I understand it, the upcoming trial is scheduled for August 2018.

Stay tuned…I will describe and quote from what is in the complaint against Calvin A. Wallen III once I can get through it all. This is not the kind of summer reading I was looking forward to, but we all need to understand what is happening, because I believe this will very negatively impact Cardiovascular Biotherapeutics (CVBT) if Mr. Wallen is found guilty.
