If I understand you correctly, you are asking how there can be twice as many new buys than sells and the SP is still suppressed where it's at? That's a valid and interesting point. It's also interesting that with 14X avg. volume on Friday the SP only rose 12 cents.

But couldn't it be explained by assuming that many short term traders who bought at 1.4 or below took profits and exited? Or the company tapping into the ATM could also be a reasonable and valid explanation. Don't know if we will ever know because I'm not sure they are required to file if they use the ATM.
