FINRA has APPROVED the record date of the spin off as July 2nd, 2018.

All shareholders of record of RealBiz as of the close of business on July 2nd, 2018 will receive 1 Nestbuilder common share for each 900 shares of RealBiz common they own.

The distribution date is currently set for July 26th, 2018.
