I see that it is an Adobe PDF file,
and I don't know how to cut and paste it either
or I would put it here for all to see.
Anyone know how to post it here ?
It would save a lot of angst. We are all a little jumpy now.
The letter says the stock was delisted because they could not file needed financial statements. They intend to refile for listing, as they got the needed information very recently. It may take 60 days after they refile to get relisted.
This is all my own understanding of what it says. This looks like an opportunity to restructure the two companies into one stock, because I don’t think SSTY can ever get complete paper work from prior management, and that’s why it’s still on the gray market. But I really don’t know.
This looks to me like it was probably not planned, but it’s not the end of the world, just more paper work; more time.
All I know at this point is I ‘m not selling; but I’m not seeing the results I’m looking for.
Not yet.
