In their latest PR, they say VPOR, RCGR and
a not yet public traded company, SCI, jointly announced that they had reached a settlement and resolution, yada-yada.
It had to be a long, laborious task to hammer out the details, especially when Nahon is the president of all three companies! I can visualize Yaniv moving from chair to chair trying to get the best deal for each company. No dull moments in the Drorscam Saga!
