I was looking through my non trading and noticed HB_UV, it looked cheap for the assets owned and 90+% insider owned so I grabbed a few for long term growth type hold, I was surprised to see someone pick up some behind me lol

at least one of their properties has doubled since they bought it, but I couldn't find much on the Beverly Hills real estate company they acquired - but I only was looking for about 5 min. nevertheless it looks like a good one to me.
