to buy 500 right shares.It gives color to the backstop.I s my thinking right backstop still has to pay 1.75 a share?James. i will add THIS.i mentioned b4 another small bio did a rights offering recently.pps say 3.50 with warrants attached at 4.00.Pps was above the 3.50 by say 20cmost of time until offering expired.C ompany raised millions .i think they wanted iwill guess 20miland got 13 mil.I was shocked.The company imo was similar to dcth in maybe not being on up and up.Since the offering pps went straight down.now 2.50.Its different in no backstop.Also that company was not out of cash like dcth.Then out of blue Ceo got granted millions of cheap options.So investors got duped at 3.50 and Not MANY weeks later ceo got millions of options in 2.35 area.Can anybody see jen and bod getting millions of OPTIONS granted to them under a buck in the fall?Ihave no idea how this will work out good or bad.A lso no bad NEWS on that company just looked like manipulated down every day just like imo we saw WITH dcth not counting post rs.I wish the longs who have bt the last few weeks good luck.king sam what are your thoughts.i guess if they can raise alot at 1.75 its good.No warrants to deal with later.
