Turn...I was trying to yank Bond’s chain with the $1.40 level. This rights offering has very little chance of succeeding. As Trompete stated....the reason they are going this route is they have run out of other options. No one wants to put any more money into this sinking ship, so Jenny is hoping desperate retail will participate with the hope of rescuing their ever-dwindling account balance.

As I stated before and still believe, BK is truly the best option. Let a company with deep pockets take the IP and make something of it...that is if the IP is actually worth something. Get rid of the vampire CEO who is just sucking retail dry.
