Eddie has tried to reverse split in the past with PRPM (back in 2014), but PRPM later rescinded the action. It was surprisingly a small RS (1:10), so there’s a chance FINRA might have denied the RS request.

I’m very curious if FINRA will deny the reverse split or not. Especially now because of Jonathan Leinwand’s involvement. FINRA has been strict with corporate actions on OTC stocks lately, especially with the authority they have with FINRA rule 6490.
