I missed part of your post talking about 4 years time frame to dismiss these frivolous lawsuits. My only fear is that its unlikely for anyone to fund this company with lawsuits pending. I am still praying and hoping someone would come rescue us but... its highly possible that this may be dead money for another 4 years or just dead, unless Scott/Currah is back in the helm and start another pump and dump. (Devils win in this case) I hope Potts and team can do their magic and secure more funding sooner rather than later.
