I think it is a good idea to get some steady revenue coming in before doing anything else. They need to have that set-up and functioning before building applications, or merging. Getting a company going in a new direction is not easy and takes time. I'm down 85% and sticking around because I feel this is going somewhere eventually... This is just my opinion and I hope I'm right... good luck to al!
