OK, I will explain; FYI

Whenever a privately own'ed company seeks a Reverse Merger, with a publickly traded company;
along with a name change and new trading symbol, there is always a reverse split of the stock of the public company, as part of the transition to the New Company.

This action creates a consolidation of the number of shares each shareholder will wind up with, after the Reverse Merger is complete.

In short; You will have less shares, at a much higher price pr share - in a New Company, with earnings and great growth potential!!! " A Good Thing!"

This is all public knowledge, ( Not always clear in the 8k ) if you understand how reverse mergers work - but - I recommend you confirm this with your contact's, in each company.

~~~ Good luck ~~~
