In January 2018, our co-packer in Los Angeles gave us notice that they no longer have the capacity to continue producing our product on their equipment due to having taken on larger projects that will require their full production capacity, eliminating their ability to provide services to Nate’s Food Co. Since that time we have continued to discuss moving our production equipment to another co-packer so that we can resume production. As a consequence, we have also temporarily closed all on-line sales activities until such time as we are back in full production at another facility.

So these were lies?

Dated: February 24, 2015

What is the timetable for the equipment to be installed?

A.2. The Company is expecting the equipment purchased by SouthCorp to be fully installed between April 5th and 22nd (which is 8-10 weeks from February 11 when the equipment was purchased). The Company’s goal is to begin having parts installed in the coming weeks to begin production; however, the equipment is being manufactured for our needs and as such don’t want to affect the quality of the equipment.

The equipment purchased for the Company’s facility in Fairfield, CA has been completed and will be shipped the week of April 13, 2015 for installation at ABCO. Once the equipment is installed, the Company can resume production of Nate’s Homemade products. Additional equipment has been ordered which will be completed on or about April 27. The additional equipment will allow the company to increase the CPM (cans produced per minute). Once the Company has installed the equipment, the Company’s online distributor will commence selling the Company’s product.

Has the equipment been installed at ABCO Labs?

A.The Company received confirmation on May 13 that the equipment has been installed and has begun cycling cans.
The Company will commence production and ship cans to its online distributor in Los Angeles.

On August 19, 2015, the Company has been informed by ABCO that all of the equipment for our production line has arrived and is awaiting final installation. The Company has purchased additional equipment on this date from the manufacturer to deliver and install an upgrade to our existing equipment to allow for top valve delivery of gas in order to enable the Company to produce product both in bottom gas piston cans and a CO2 top gassed can. The change to the CO2 top gassed can would reduce the cost of the can by almost 70%.
