IGPK - Old Adam Tracy hijacked shell reinstated today by Matthrew Dwyer.

Matthew Dwyer and his brother Joseph Dwyer are most well known for using RIGH, BCAP, TGGI, TOFS, AMNE, ALFE, and WOGI (among others) as long running dilution scams in the past.

Prior to being sold to Matthew Dwyer it looks like Adam Tracy associate Kelani M Long was keeping the shell warm. I see him listed on the OTC markets site as the CEO of IGPK.

Kelani M Long became a shell hijacker after Adam Tracy was run out of the business.
