Well it looks like I called this one right about 8 years ago, as way overvalued and high risk at about 80 cents/share.

I had a patent on a novel waste water treatment system, but the collapse of oil drilling in 2009, and the big boys like Halibuton ended their sales in their key market oil and gas drilling/fracking.

Looks like they are a year late with SEC fillings and no news I can see except this?

Near as I could tell, their key patent was nothing more that 3 known patents combined in one patent. Ozone, centrifuge and electro-coagulation, that was targeting oil and gas fracking water recycling using three know technologies. That may be why Halibuton did not loose the patent suit with them.
