I am aware of the published MIT reports of in vivo studies. For those who care: one of the MIT publications stated that the researchers could not identify or find a mechanism for the reported hemostatic effect, but felt that it was not due to the material acting as a sealant in a small wound. Importantly, the authors stated that they could not find any evidence of the presence of platelets at the wound site. Hemostasis does not occur without the presences and activity of platelets, though tissue sealing does. See for yourself. This has implicatiuons for the types of devices that could be successfully developed eiththis technology.
I have chosen to not invest.
