Bates has been advised numerous times to de-register WSTI as a reporting security which would prevent the SEC from suspending it, he refuses to do such which leads one to believe he wants the SEC to suspend WSTI.. then he starts fresh with restructuring into a new company and symbol leaving all the dtrading retail investors behind which we know he and his law team despise..
