Looks like the moisture in the air evaporates and the cold air falls at the same time. I think you are thinking it actually evaporates above the misting system. The way I read into it the evaporation happens immediately and the hot air goes up and cold air falls

If a massive university in Israel had their name behind it years ago I’m not going to challenge them over someone on a message board.

That being said it does look like a lot of debt on the books but I would assume with there being a stop sign up that can’t be converted
