I thought it was undervalued and oversold but I wasn't taking other factors into consideration. Also I was not respecting the power of of sector exchange traded funds ( ETF) because I didn't understand how they work. The Fed has blessed these ETF's

1. 10 year is capped at 3 percent for the year
2. Questions about loan growth
3. Institutional investors utilizing ETF's holding down the price
4. Trade War fears
5. Banks already had their run in 2017
