I think it is well known that the post would be against the TOS rules..

However, if one of the lawsuits would like to be read, a simple search on the company name will give results. Actually it was an 'appeal' on the lawsuit, which was denied.

When the lawsuit is read, it will show the dad and son were involved in transferring property when there was money owed to a bank. Not good.

Checking Pacer will show the other lawsuits.

Since you know him, consulting with him would be a good idea. It would also be good to ask him why there are so many other business names.

Also, please ask him, for me, exactly where he falls in the WRFX Org Chart. I am really curious about that.
