I don't take it personally. Dr Petit has been very nice to me in communications and such, and I don't sense any ill intent in that plug for Terry's article.

I think it's more logical to presume that he tweeted out the latest article available on ADXS at Seeking Alpha, or perhaps he found it on Google or something, as opposed to doing an exhaustive dive on the library of ADXS articles.

I do agree that some explanations from management would be helpful right now, although we can figure out for ourselves what the cash burn is, and they wouldn't be able to divulge exactly how they plan to address those issues.

If they say "We're going to get a partner," they could scuttle a deal in the making.

If they say "We're going to sell the company," they could scuttle a buyout deal (these discussions are very finnicky)

If they say "We're going to sell shares," then the share price will crater.

There's really not a lot that management can do other than say "We're staying the course. Stick with us." And that's what they did with their press release.
