Any chance you can interpret the highlighted bit of this, from the latest press release?
"The Company continues to make progress on a number of corporate fronts and is pleased to report that its balance sheet will show significant improvement at June 30, 2018; this will be reported on the Company's Form 10Q for its 1st Fiscal Quarter of 2019 (period ending June 30, 2018). The Company expects that this above-referenced Form 10Q will be filed on a timely basis (within the few weeks)."

What does that mean to YOU? If that's supposed to be guidance to the public as to when the 10-Q will be filed it's as clear as mud.

Any idea why the Company changed its Registered Agent from CORPORATION SERVICE COMPANY to Kevin Lacey, its CFO?
