I'm specifically referring to appl. They operate off a different mindset. Yes, delay delay delay is the protocol. Anything to keep from admitting defeat and ponying up. Steve Jobs biography will reveal how he thinks.

I hope VPLM is not manipulating, but OTC traded companies do it all the time, and I'm sure VPLM is guilty of it at some point. Hopefully I'm wrong. Can't be proven, so I have no solid grounds other than what the "norm" is.

As far as having control over the articles released today, I'm sure the journalists can be persuaded by some means. Happens all the time. But again, not something that can be proven. No, I'm not suggesting anything other than what is simply a possibility.

As far as being up 25% the past few weeks, we're barely regaining lost ground from the past few months. Thankfully.

And yes, VPLM has to wait for things out of their control, the PTAB. They are doing what any company in this position should do. The PR's are important, tell a story, and help keep interest. But the recent PR's are not providing any NEW information. Simply telling the story that has been for many months.
