I am invested in another company that is at the autidors merci. They were sure the audits were 99.9 percent done. They provided everything needed to the auditors but the wording was never good enough...apparently it's very very tidious...so after months of waiting and hoping the audit would be finalized...they opted to hired RBSM which is a company that helps speed up the audit
process and they know how to word everything so it is acceptable. So...my point is audits take time and yes the wording is also a huge factor in audit completions. The CEO is as anxious as we shareholders to get this done. So it's not about being in trouble with the sec...that is NOT the case, just waiting for the final stamp of approval.

Anyhow, it's done in my opinion, just processing and finalizing!!!
