Farm Bill Conference Committee should be getting underway next week

I am expecting a rapid resolution to be reached between the House and Senate and the final Farm Bill to be complete within a few weeks of the start of deliberations

The tariff situation has pretty much removed whatever was left of the House’s leverage to argue for SNAP cuts, and has made the passage of a Farm Bill this summer politically mandatory

Mitch is in the driver’s seat and will be named as a member of the Farm Bill Conference Committee

The Hemp plant, and its associated CBD, will soon be liberated after 81 years of prohibition
