My Theory On Who Is Involved

(Re-posting an old post to see if anyone can use this to find anything else. I feel confident Mr. Li is involved.)


My suspicion is a Chinese conglomerate of successful business persons who will use LBRG/Highin International as a holding company. See below.

• Mr. Alex Lee is listed as a director of the company and has been working with Mr. Frack on the merger.

• Samwell Spare parts is mentioned as a customer of Highin International, the company merging into LBRG. We learned that Alex Lee is associated with Samwell Spare Parts and Samwell Aviation which also share an address.

• Samwell Aviation and Samwell Spare Parts (as well as several other companies named Samwell share the same address for operations.

• After much research I learned that Li Jiang Nan is/was the president of Samwell Aviation. I also downloaded several corporate filings from the Hong Kong website and verified that Mr. Li Jiang Nan is a director for several companies named Samwell.

• My research showed that these companies all listed ROOM 503 C-D, 5/F, HARBOUR CRYSTAL CENTRE, TSIMSHATSUI EAST as the registered address. This is the address associated with Mr. Jinahui Huang on the NV SoS filing.

• Mr. Huang’s impressive bio is in the ibox.

• I found that a newly formed company, Samwell International Leasing Company Limited, with the same address of the other Samwell companies was incorporated by Glory Image International Investment Limited.
o This info is in a PDF I paid for and downloaded from http://www.cr.gov.hk/en/home/index.htm for a few dollars anyone can download them.
o I have emailed these documents to a couple of trusted posters on this board.
• Glory Image International Investment Limited is 100% owned be Lee Tai Hay.

• Remember that Mr. Huang’s address is listed as the same address as the registered address for several of the Samwell Companies.

• Mr. Li Jiang Nan is part of an investment conglomerate. “Since 1992, he has started a Hong Kong based conglomerate group which is principally engaged in property investment, helicopter and private jet leasing with business in China and Hong Kong. Mr. Li serves as a director and a member of its senior management team of this conglomerate group and has involved in management of various projects of the group.”

• Mr. Lee Tai Hay is also part of an investment conglomerate and my best is it is the same one as Mr Li Jiang Nan. “[H]e has engaged in real estate developments and in the business of trading in Hong Kong. Since 2006 he joined a Hong Kong based conglomerate group which is principally engaged in real estate developments, coal mining and coal trading and mining in other materials such as nickel and zinc, etc. with its businesses in Greater China, India, Australia, Brazil, Peru, South Africa, Central Africa, South East Asia, North America and Western and Eastern Europe. Mr. Lee acted as a director and a member of its senior management team of this conglomerate group and has been involved in management of these projects of the group.”

• Both Mr. Li Jiang Nan and Mr. Lee Tai Hay are very well connected and appear to be invovled in transactions worth millions of dollars.
o For example the above link shows Mr. Lee in a deal which converts to approximately $32M American dollars.
I believe that Mr. Huang Mr. Li Jiang Nan and Mr. Lee Tai Hay are all part of this conglomerate which will be using LBRG/Highin to access to American markets. Mr. Li Jiang Nan has multiple businesses registered to the same address associated with Mr. Huang on the NV SoS website.
