Misiu, I agree Dr. P has been great so far. No criticism towards him and he has taken the company far. However, this molecule may be too significant for his non-clinical background as a mechanical engineer to feel comfortable managing. I assume that is why Tony is stepping down also now.

If he is confident and up to challenge, maybe he can, and maybe having a biotech with a nontraditional CEO background is a good thing.
I was hoping for a BO this year, but these guys maybe going for the uplist and long haul with buyout in several years. Large investors who want to build a multi-billion dollar biotech might want someone more experienced in this position. I am not opposed to him staying as CEO, and maybe Pestell taking over the executive chairman (co-CEO) role of Tony.
