Pretty much been known for a lot of years that Giles does not give a rat's patut about shareholders. Never did and never will. This new company that he seems to be involved with is just another vehicle for Giles to steal money from investors. One thing for sure. He will never get one dime form me. Or anyone else that knows his history. Years ago there were a few here that tried to warn us. We had to learn the hard way though.

As for the SEC, they don;t care about a lousy OTC shell.
