Here is a little info I just dug up...looking up the last IP address that was used for their form letter...I did the PING command and ALSO WHOIS command....Ping command came back with a "PING 62.49.93.145 (62.49.93.145) 56(84) bytes of data.

LOSS means ...the server is down.....not website being fixed...the server is down??? repairs? Server broke?
