100% COMPLETELY FALSE....just plain WRONG.....

1) It was ONLY COMELLA'S ATTORNEY(s) who sited as ONE OF SEVERAL REASONS, supposed "travel conflicts"....NO such request or motion or claim of "time/travel conflict" came from ANY of the govt/DOJ side or any of the attorneys for the Unites States....noper...FALSE...

2) AND FOR A FACT...the USRM/Comella attorney(s) cited "THIS IS COMPLEX as to whether or not our clients violated the FOOD, DRUG & COSMETIC ACT" and thus we NEED MORE TIME to prepare our response..."travel conflict" was the SECONDARY ISSUE CITED....again....the FACTS.....

AND...the Judge made NO SUCH STATEMENT as to how long this case will supposedly take or not...NO JUDGE ever makes such statements...ever....

LETS JUST STICK TO THE FACTS HERE...that's how I see it....

AND...NONE OF THOSE FALSE STATEMENTS AS POSTED ARE taking into account the SEC FORMAL INVESTIGATION still "live" and on-going AND a major CIVIL SUIT in Broward by Jeannine Mallard of France for BLINDNESS..making MAJOR NEGATIVE REAL NEWS HEADLINES very recently...including TELEVISION COVERAGE....none of which is good for USRM....it's all B A D...BAD....
