Correct, it says subsequent to the spinoff they will file for the name and ticker change. and that the spinoff is scheduled for today pending finra approval. so not sure why anyone is looking for name.ticker changes. You need to be looking for additions, i.e Nestbuilder.

also don't see where it says the spinoff would occur early morning today.

That's because it has been filed yet! The only thing we are looking for now is a FINRA addition for Nestbuilder.
